Rubber Inspection

All the Raw Materials received by our company are subject to chemical and physical test and weighed immediately &  only thereafter they are taken in the stock. Hardness, Density, Vulcanization, Compression Set, Tensile Strength and Tear Resistance are always evaluated for each compounding batch to ensure that the physical properties required are well met.

Testing Equipments

Our company has a full fledged in-house physical testing laboratory which carries out all the important tests required during the process of manufacturing rubber products and also on the finished products so as to assure the quality of the final output.

We carry out all the critical tests at various stages of production right from the approval of Raw Material, Quality of Rubber Compound, and finally to the Rubber Moulded Product.
